02. Results

In order to meet their demand for growth while maintaining their present operations, we had to complete this project in many phases. Due to the unique challenges presented by working in a 100+ year old building, many of the MEP systems for this project were design-built during the project.

Foremen Mike Kefaloukos & Luis Velazquez and Project Managers Alex Sabatka & Rob Meegan were able to exceed all of the requests made by both Leopardo, the GC on the project, as well as GRUBHUB directly.
